Maybe start a PvE Server for example a Server with not Cheap Prices for OP Gear? Its only Pvp and if i want to play PvP i can play King of The Hill and not exile.2 points

If you want PVE play a singleplayer game. As stated by others Exile is mainly based around PVP. Exile PVE servers are extremely low population servers and for good reason.1 point
