Changed: Reduced the amount of sniper rifles that spawn in civilian buildings. Healing hotkey perk message when you don't own it. Should help people that are confused when they get the message. You can have two bases per family. So in theory you can have a mate place a flag and then manually move everything over and let your own flag despawn. If you already have two bases then you need to let one base go first. However the paid service is not bank breaking for £5 and you have some protection and it's done in one hit with no risk of losing everything.
